Starrytelling at Ft. Leaton

The constellations have guided indigenous peoples of the Big Bend for thousands of years. Now modern peoples are drawn to Big Bend Ranch State Park as a last frontier for dark sky exploration.  Join a park ranger to learn some of the constellations and the legends associated with them and enjoy our gold-tier International Dark Sky Park

The presentation begins at 6:30 followed by open stargazing at 7:15. 

$5 admission for 13 and up. Free admission for children 12 and under. 

Please bring your own telescope or binoculars, chair and flashlight.
